BBH Solutions has developed a service delivery method that ensures a prompt response and a quick fix to your technology trouble calls.  All phone-in calls between 8 am and 6 pm are handled by a live person, giving you the peace of mind that your service request has been received and will be acted on.  We can also create a plan for you that provides after-hours and weekend support from our on-call resources.

BBH Solutions’ managed services program is designed to proactively address issues before they become problems.  Our live support desk professionals can often diagnose and make corrections right from our office in Manhattan.   Should you need an on-site visit, a BBH Solutions engineer will be dispatched, ready with the information needed for a speedy fix.  Regularly scheduled IT strategy visits with your account manager help you to plan technology improvements in a sensible manner while providing us the information to keep IT aligned with your business objectives.
