To view the Client Access Licenses (CAL) on BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 5.0:
- In the BlackBerry Administration Service, on the Servers and components menu, expand BlackBerry Solution topology > BlackBerry Domain > Component view.
- Click BlackBerry Administration Service.
- Under the License Summary, the Used licenses show the number of active Client Access Licenses on the BlackBerry domain.
To view the Client Access Licenses (CAL) on BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP2 to SP6:
- Open BlackBerry Manager.
- In the left-hand pane, select BlackBerry Domain.
- Click the Global tab
- Expand Account in the Tasks section and click License Management.
- License Used shows the number of active Client Access Licenses on the BlackBerry domain.
