Level 2/3 Systems Engineer
BBH Solutions has an immediate opening for an experienced Level 2/3 Systems Engineer to join our team and provide desktop support for in-house users and external clients. The primary responsibility of the level 2/3 Systems Engineer will be to provide technical support for clients' systems.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of experience
- Excellent people skills, communication skills, and self-management skills
- Honesty, integrity, and a genuine desire to help
- Very reliable; able to manage your time and your work, and get things done
Advanced knowledge, skills and experience with the following:
- Windows Server OS: 2008, 2003
- Exchange Server 2010, 2007 and 2003
- VMware, Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V; virtualization in general
- Terminal Services
- VPN
- Microsoft Outlook 2010, 2007, 2003
- Windows Desktop OS: Windows 7, Vista, XP
- Symantec (formerly Veritas) Backup Exec
- End Point Security products (e.g. Trend Micro, Symantec, etc.)
- Hardware firewalls (e.g. Fortinet, SonicWALL, Cisco)
- Other networking gear (switches, routers, etc.)
- Desktop and server computer hardware
Beneficial Attributes (but not required)
