 Bruce B. Hoernecke - President and CEO Bruce B. Hoernecke is President and Chief Executive Officer of BBH Solutions, Inc., a company he founded in 1989. Mr. Hoernecke previously held positions at several technology firms and through that experience envisioned a “better” company that would combine consulting methodology with practical technology implementation. BBH was born of his belief that these principles, combined with service excellence would fulfill a clear business need in the NY Metro area.
His vision has created a truly unique Systems Integration firm by combining infrastructure cabling, convergance (voice/data/video solutions), consulting as well as supporting customers via customized service agreements.
Mr. Hoernecke personally works with executives from the financial, legal, non-profit, healthcare, and other sectors, helping them to strategically align IT with their business goals.
Mr. Hoernecke has forged relationships with the industry’s top technology firms such as Cisco, Microsoft, HP and RIM to name a few. Realizing that converged solution offerings were here to stay Mr. Hoernecke has guided the company to focus on this technology and has guided the company into becoming one of the leading Cisco Advanced Unified Communications partners.
Mr. Hoernecke received a Bachelor of Science degree from DeVry Institute of Technology.

Michael Hoernecke - Executive Vice President Michael L. Hoernecke is Executive Vice President and a principal of BBH Solutions, Inc. He brings 16 years of network integration experience to BBH, and manages the design, implementation, and integration of all cabling infrastructure projects.
Mr. Hoernecke developed the Union work force to open the cable division to more opportunities. His leadership has been responsible for expansion of the cable division by over 500% since 2001.
Mr. Hoernecke has worked with many different industry segments, Fortune 500, Public and Private companies as well as the SMB market.
Mr. Hoernecke received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Business Minor from Stony Brook University.
